Take Notice That I do hereby Countermand the Two seperate Notices for the Tryall of the above
IndictmentsDated the 3d day of May InstantAnd that I shall tomorrow being the Ninth
day of this Instant May at this Sitting of the Court at Hicks's hall Move the said Court by
Councel that the Tryal of the above Indictment may stand over hill the next Sessions
[..] Recognizance is by me and my Sureties Enter dinto for the Trying [..]
