At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the King holden
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County by adjournment on Tuesday the fourth Day of April in the Ninth Year
of the Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Parish of
Saint Giles in the Fields have notice of this appeal that they and [..]
Persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at Nine of the Clock
in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the Judgement and determination
of the Court touching the said appeal.
