These are to Certify that at the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street in the said County of Monday the Ninth
day of January last Allen Farrington< no role > late of the Parish of Saint
Mary Le bone Labourer Humphry Bathway< no role > late of the same place
Labourer and Mary< no role > his wife and Job Pritchards< no role > were and Stand
Indicted for making an Assault upon one John Lewis< no role > And that at the
Febry Session following the said Allen Farrington< no role > Humphry Bathway< no role > Mary
his wife and Job Prichards several Appeared and Pleaded not
Guilty and Entered into Recognizances with sureties severally to
Try their Traverses at the General Quarter Session of the peace to be held for
the said County in the Month of April instant - And these
are to further Certify that they have not nor hath either of
them since Appeared or Tried their Traverses thereon Dated the
Tenth day of April 1769
