The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Stephen Walbrook
in the City London
.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass order under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing Date the 21st. day of February 1769

and their two Children Vizt.
Nathaniel< no role >
aged Two Years and half and
Joseph< no role >
aged one Year were removed
from the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
in the said County to the said
Parish of Saint Stephen Walbrook
as the last legal place of their
Settlement By which Your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved
and Appeal to this Court against the said Pass order
Your Petitioners therefore pray that your
Worships will be pleased to hear and Determine the
Matters touching this Appeal and give them such
relief in the premisses as to your Worships shall
seem Just and Meet
And Your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
