Middlesex to Witt


John Clare< no role > of the Hamlet of Lime house in the parish
of Saint Anne in the County of Middlesex Gentleman and
John Seacome< no role > of the same Parish Gentleman joyntly and
severally make Oath and say and first this Deponent John
Clare
< no role > for himself saith that the Highway leading from mile
End old town in the Parish of Stepney in the said County towards
and in to the Hamlet of Ratecliff it in the same County on the
Eastside lying and being in the Hamlet of Lime house
aforesaid and for which the Inhabitants of the said Hamlet
of Limehouse stand indicted at September Session last past
for not repairing the same now is well and sufficiently
repaired & amended and this Deponent John Seacome< no role > for
himself saith that he was present & saw Sir Robert Darling< no role >
Knight and David Wilmott< no role > Esquire two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace in and for this County severally sign
the Certificate hereunto annexed and saith that the name
Robert Darling< no role > and David Wilmott< no role > to the said annexed
Certificate subscribed are of the proper handwriting of them
the said Robert Darling< no role > and David wilnot respection
