Prosecute William Neale< no role > for feloniously taking and carrying
away a piece of Timber of the value of Ten pence the property
of Thomas Prior< no role > to the General Quarter Session of the peace
held in the Month of October last Maketh Oath and saith
that it wasbe this didnot out of any Lenity or any other manner
of favour to the said William Neale< no role > , but merely out of
Ignorance, not being anyways acquaintedfowith prosecutions
of this kind, that he Omited prosecuting the said William Neale< no role >
