Matthew Roe< no role > , Sollicitor for the Defendant in the above Cause Maketh Oath and
Saith that the said Defendant Patrick Doyle< no role > , has been confined to his Bed
ever since Saturday the first of this instant April as this Deponent has
been informed and verily believes, and that he saw the said Defendant on
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last, in Bed, languishing
under a sever Fever as this Deponent Believes And this Deponent also
believes that the said Defendant is unable at present and has
been ever since Saturday last to get out of his Bed - And this Dept.
lastly Saith that he did Yesterday personally serve the said Bridget
Hart< no role > the prosecutrix with a Copy of the Notice hereunto Annexed
