and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within

in the said County.

whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixth day of January

Hanah Maria Wilkinson< no role >
aged one Year and Nine Months were
removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the [..]
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Anne
as
the place of their last legal Settlement Whereby [..]

Therefore they humbly Appeal to this [..]
the Adjudication of the said two Justices and the said [..]
And pray that the Benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved to Your Petitioners And that the hearing and
Determining thereof may be Adjourned until the
next General Session of the peace to be holden
for this County
