To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the
County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session of the Peace
at Hicks Hall Assembled.

The humble petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within
the Liberty of Westminster in the said County.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the [..]
and Scals of John Cox< no role > and Stephen Clarke< no role > Esquires two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixth day of January
1768 Elizabeth Wilkinson< no role > aged four Years and five Months And
Hanah Maria Wilkinson< no role > aged one Year and Nine Months were
removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the [..]
in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Anne as
the place of their last legal Settlement Whereby [..]
[..] mers conceive themselves [..]

Therefore they humbly Appeal to this [..]
the Adjudication of the said two Justices and the said [..]
And pray that the Benefit of the said Appeal may be
saved to Your Petitioners And that the hearing and
Determining thereof may be Adjourned until the
next General Session of the peace to be holden
for this County

And Your petitioners Shall pray Etc
