WHEREAS Complaint has been made [..] to us, two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Giles in the Fields in the Said County,
That Elizabeth Wilkinson< no role > aged four years
and five Months and Hanah Maria
Wilkinson aged one year and Nine
Months have lately been intruded and
brought
lately [..] into the Said Parish, endeavouring to be Settled
there, contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
said Justices, and we do adjudge that they are likely
[..] become chargeable to the Said Parish; and upon Exami-
nation of the Premisses taken upon Oath, and other Cir-
cumstances, it further appeareth unto us, and we do
likewise adjudge, that the parish of Saint Ann
within the Liberty of Westminster in the
said County is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the Said Elizabeth Wilkinson< no role > and
Hanah Maria Wilkinson< no role >

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Charge [..]
Command the Church-warden [..] Overseers of the parish of
the Said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
forthwith to remove and convey the Said two Children
from the Said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
to the Said Parish of Saint Ann Westminster
and deliver them to the Church-wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to Some or one of them, who are here-
by required to provide for them according to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals the 6th. Day of
January 17 68

To the Church-wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the respective Parishes of
Saint Giles in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex ,
and Saint Ann Westminster
in the said County
and to all other Officers whom it may
concern.
