Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
at their General Quarter Session of the
Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Tenbridge in
the County of Rent

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order of Remove under [..]
and Seals of two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) bearing date
the Thirtieth day of January last Margaret Aston< no role > , aged about
Six Years, William Aston< no role > aged about four Years and Mary
Aston
< no role > aged about Twelve Months the Children of James Aston< no role >
by Mary< no role > his Wife were removed from the Parish of Saint Giles
in the Field in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
Tenbridge the said Justices thereby adjudging that the East
legal Place of Settlement of the said Margaret A [..]
Aston and Mary Aston was in the said Parish [..]
[..] conceive themselves [..]
by the said Order and Judgement of the said [..]
humbly appeal the from

Your Petitioners the [..]
humbly Pray that Your Worship [..] ould
be pleased to appoint some Day in this
present Session to hear this their Appeal
and to make an Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Giles and all Parties
concerned in and about the Premisses
may then and there hear and abide the
Determination of Year Worships therein
