Upon Condition that George Heald< no role > do personally appear at the next
General Session of the Peace to be held for the said County at Hicks Hall
in Saint John Street then and there to Answer the Complaint of the
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Harrow on the Hill in the County
of Middlesex for Segetting on the body of Martha Nellham< no role > Single woman
one male Bastard Child now chargeable to the said Parish and then and
there to abide and perform such Order or Orders as shall be made by the
Justices then [..] said Sessions in pursuance of an Act made in the
Eighteenth Year of the Reign of her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth
concerning Bastards begotten and born out of lawfull Wedlock and do
notdo notdepart the Court without leave Then this Recognizance
to be void or else to remain in full force Taken and acknowledged
the 28th. day of November 1767 Before me
