To the Right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mathew
Friday Street London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals
of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) dated the Eleventh day of February Instant
Charlotte Smith< no role > aged about Nine years John Smith< no role > aged about seven
Years and George Smith< no role > aged about fourteen Months Childrens of George
Smith
< no role > were removed from the Parish of Saint Botolph Aldersgate in
the liberty of Glass House Yard in the said County of Middlesex to the
said Parish of Saint Matthew Friday Street as the Place of their last
legal Settlement

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by the
said Order and Judgment of the said two Justices And therefore
humbly Appeal to this Honble Court against the same And

Pray that the Benefit of their Appeal may
be saved unto your Petitioners and that the
Hearing and Determination thereof may
be adjourned unto the next Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said County

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
