Misdeanor

Thomas Nelson< no role > of the Parish of Stepney in the County
of Middlesex Wheelwright and Benjamin Ely< no role > of the
same Bricklayer Severally Make Oath and Say
that in last Session they appled to the Justices for
the County of Middlesex in their then General Session
Assembled for a Respite of their Recognizance which
they had Entred into for the above Deft on the above
prosecution which the Said Justices were pleased to
Order, That these Deponents have made Use of
their best Endeavours to bring the Said Deft
into Court and Should have been able to to have
down If the Said Deft had not gott a Sapedeas
a puttingSetin Bail before a JusticeHedges
That they further will make use of their best Endeavours
to bring him into Court and hope & believe they
shall be able to do it before next Session
provided they Can have a Warrant on that purpose
