Where as Complaint hath been made unto us,
James Clitherow< no role > and Richard Bylstrode< no role > Esquires
Two of his Majestys Justices of Peace in & for
the sd County by William Drink water overseer of ye Poor
of the Township of New Breatford in the said County
that Andrew Clarke< no role > of the said Township Labourer
hath run away & left three Children upon ye: Charges of
the said Township, although He hath goods & chattlas in
the said Township and in custody of one Smith a
gardner in the parish of Ealing , which would case
the sd. Township of the said charge in part, We do
Hereby warrant and order you the said William Drinkwater< no role >
and other the Chaple wardens and Overseers of ye Poor of
the said Township to take and seize such goods and
chattles of him the said Andrew Clarke< no role > towards the
discharge of the said Township, in order to be dispn'd
of by Sale or otherwise in such manner as shall be
directed by the Justices, assembled in their next
Quarter Sessions for the said County, upon application
being made to them, according to ye statute in that
cabe made and provided.
