We whose Names are hereunto subscribed being two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
and City and Liberty of Westminster (one of the Quorum)
dwelling in or near the Parish of St. Clement Danes in
the said County of Middlesex and Liberty of Westminster
Nominate and Appoint Thomas Burnett< no role > Upholsterer
William Manning< no role > Hosier William Freke< no role > Ironmonger
and Moses Wingrove< no role > Innholder
Substantial Inhabitants and Householders within the
said Parish of St. Clement Danes to be Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish for the Year Ensuing hereby requiring
them to take upon themselves the said Office and together
with the Churchwardens of the said Parish to provide
for the Poor according to the form of the Statutes in that
case made and provided Given under our Hands and
Seals this 1st. day of May 1767
