ster, in the County of Middlesex , and to the Church-war
dens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
James within the same Liberty and County

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid
(One whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint Anne , That Elizabeth Evers< no role > Wife of
John Evers< no role > (who is now in the Middlesex Hospital )
and her two Children by her Said Husband
(to wit) Frances< no role > aged two years and Elizabeth
Jane< no role > aged six Months have
lately intruded, and come into the said Parish of Saint Anne,
and are likely to become Chargeable to the same,
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said John Evers< no role > and his
said Wife and Children to be in the said
Parish of Saint James within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Elizabeth Evers< no role > and her
said two Children
from and out of your said Parish of Saint Anne , to the
said Parish of Saint James
and them deliver unto the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under Our
Hands and Seals this 19th Day of June 1767
