To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their GeneralQuarter
Session of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the
said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of Benjamin Cowley< no role > and Cadwallader Coker< no role > Esqrs. two of
His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the sixth day of May lastin=
=stant
Robert Maseland< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife and their two
Children namely James< no role > aged about six Years and John< no role > aged
about two Years were removed and conveyed from and out of
the Parish of St. Luke in the said County to the said Parish of
St. Giles in the Fields as the Place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners conceive themselvesto be
aggrieved by the Adjudication of the said two
Justices therefore humbly appeal to this Court against
the same And pray your Worships will be plea
=sed to appoint a day in this present Session for
the hearing and determining the said Appeal.

And Your Petitioners shall pray Etc.
