Giles Taylor< no role > the abovenamed Defendant Maketh
Oath and Saith that the above named prosecutor
David Morgan< no role > stands Indicted at the last General
Quarter Session of the peace holden for the said
County of Middlesex for making an Assault on Jane< no role >
the Wife of this Deponent And this Deponent further
Saith that the reason of this Deponent's being prosecute
by the said David Morgan< no role > for the above supposed
Offence was owing to and in Consequence of his the
said David Morgan< no role > 's having first Assaulted and
grossly ill used this Deponent's said Wife
