That when he Came there he found the Deceased Sitting a [..]
Halgen Walking about and he Damned his Wife and said
hed run her thro' the Body And Damnd One Mr. Philpot
Because he was told that Philpot had Called his Wife
as WhereThat Sunday the 7th. June the Deceased
Sent for Informant betr. two and three in the Afternoon
And he went and found him and Halgen in the Parlour

That the Deceased then Desired Informant to get
Halgen and his Wife but of the House and said something
told him that Halgen would be Guilty of Murder

That at Mr. Carterets Request Informant took Halgen
into the Garden in order to Settle Matters and to get
Halgen and hisHouseWife to Quit the House

That Informant did not then see Halgens Wife
And did not Enquire after her

That then Informant took a Walk out with Halgen
and went to the White Horse at Bow

That after they had been about Seven Minutes at
the White Horse Halgen got up and said he woud' just [..]
Out and would be Back presently

That he was gone about twelve or fifteen Minutes and
Return'd And then Beckoned at the Door for Informant
to Come outThat Informant went to the
Door to him And then Halgen Damnd his Eyes if he had
not Done for them bothThat he said he had
Killed them both And they both Lay Dead

That upon this Informant went to the Deceased's
House And found Halgens Wife Sitting in a Chair in the
Kitchen
