Who being upon Oath says that he knows Richard Webb< no role > Joseph
Boodlboo
< no role > , John Abbott< no role > , George Strutt< no role > , John Smith< no role > , two Men who
go [..] by the Names of Welch Jack< no role > and Dick Sputt my Eye, Elias
Hyame
< no role > and Samuel Thomas< no role > a Weaser near the Ducking Bnd
White Chapell , says that the said seven first mentioned Persons
and Motorious and common Thieves and that the two latter
Vizt. Hyams and Thomas are Accessaries and Receives
to them, says that last Thursday Might was fortnight the said
Welch Jack, Dick Shutt my Eye and one Thomas Josh< no role > Feloniously
Stole from Mr. Bakeh Geese Teeder 45 Geese amongst which
were two Spanish geese that the aforesaid Thomas boughtale
the said Geese at one Shilling a prices well knowing them to he
Stolen, says that ten Wednesday Night last the aforesaid Smith
brought to the Informt. half a side of Bacon & desired him to such
it and that they went and soldit to the said Thomas for four pence
a pound says this Baeon was Stolen but from where he
knows not: says that the aforesaid George Strutt hath at different
times Stole Oates out of the Corn Market in mark Layne at Beerkey which this Informt.
used to Sell for him [..] that strugh himself told some to the aforesaid Thomas, and that he
Sold two Sacks and a half to Philip Levy< no role > of Dukes Place Poulterer in
the Night time at the Rate of five Shillings for one Seek four Shillings
and six pence for the other and half a Crown for the Half Sack
says he also Sold in the night time one Lack of Oated for five
Shillings to Soloman Jacob< no role > of Shoemaker Row [..] who also
bought a great deal of Strutt himself knowing them to he Stolen
says that John Abbott< no role > and Richard webb< no role > Stole a Quantity of Linen a for
days ago which he sold for them to one Hyam a Jew who did live
in lot chester Street, says that the aforesaid Boodleboo Stole two Near Hatts
one undressed the other Gold Laced which the aforesaid Thomas bought
knowing them to the Stolen
