taken before me this 7th.. day of Feby 1767

Who being upon Oath say that on Wednesday Morning last about
three o Clock two Persons came up to him the corner of Surrey Street
in the Stand that one of them knocked him down and that the other
ran away with his Bundle containing a Shirt Bible a hand kerchief [..] and father says that he is very
sure that a Person now present who calls himself Benjamin
Jones< no role > is one of the two Persons who assaulted and Robbed
him as aforesaid for that he had a Suffle with him and
never last Sight of him he was secured by John Edwards< no role > now
present
