being Sick in Bed Mr. Scott sent forthe Witnessher Maid to come to speak
to him she Went and returned and Came to her Mistress and told her

not with Childand that she had taken nothingand then returned to
her Master's That upon Examining Sally's Box yesterday Two Shirt
and Onecap and Three Stays were found by her therein but no Other
Child Bed LinnerSays she hath seen the Checked Apron now
Produced and saw it taken out of the Vault and a [..] couple of
Other Rags but whether the Checked Apron was Sally's or not she
Cannot say having never seen her wear One That last Wednesday
about Noon Sally came her [..] House with that she Asked
her how she could do such a Thing as to be delivered by herself and
Asked her how she was Delivered and she Answered she was
Delivered standing by the side of the Bed about Twelve o Clockand
and said it was Dead and being asked what she did with it she said she wrapped it up in a
Couloured apron and let it lay on the Ground by the Bedside all
Night and that on Sunday morning she said Carried it and threw
it down the Vault B Saith she Believes the Child was last for went
of proper Care
