was by Indenture bearing date the Twentieth
day of May 1764 bound Apprentice to the Petitioner to serve him from the day of
the date of the said Indenture for the Term of Six years That the said William

had of late behaved himself in a very abusive and disobedient manner towards
the Petitioner and had ever since July last absconded and with drew himself from
the Petitioners Service And praying that the said William Fry< no role >
might have
such moderate Correction for such his Offences as this Court should think proper
and for other relief in the Premisses Now upon hearing of the said Petitioner and
his Council and also of what hath been Alledged by and on behalf of the said
William Fry< no role >
and upon Examination of the Premisses This Court doth dismiss
the said Petition and the same is hereby dismissed accordingly And that
the Recognizance of the said William Fry< no role >
and his Bail for his Appearance
at this present Session to Answer to the Complaint of the said Cornelius
Batson< no role >
be discharged.
