The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Christ Church in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth
That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals Robert Pell< no role > and William Caslon< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex (One whereof being of the Quorum
bearing date the 25th. day of September 1765 Frances
Everston< no role > frwas removed from and out of the Parish of
Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex
unto the said Parish of Christ Church as the Place
of her last legal Settlement

Your Petrs. conceiving themselves
Aggrieved by the Warrant or Order of the
said Two Justices of the Peace do therefore
humbly Appeal to this County against the
Same Praying such Relief of in the
Premisses as to this Court shall seem Meet.

And Your Petrs. shall ever
