with sd. Robt. Cole< no role > & his wife for a Riot & Assault

The [..] name of George Storey< no role > maketh Oath and Saith That he hath made
[..] Cole the Prosecution in the Indictment first
[..] t any Intelligence of her other or her Husband Robert
Cole
< no role > so [..] to serve a Notice of the Trial of this Deponent Traverse to the said
Indictment And particularity this Deponent inquired at the last Lodgings or place
of Abode of the said Robert Cole< no role > and Susanna his Wife when this Deponent was
told by the persons in the House that the said Cole and his Wife had been gone
Some Time but could not tell when And this Deponent further saith that he
hath also made strickt Inquiry after Benjamin Skinner< no role > the Deponent in the
Indictment last abovementioned but cannot meet with him so as to serve a
Warrant on him to appear and plead to the said Indictment that Deponent
being informed by the Persons at the House where the said Skinner last lodged that
he had been gone from thence some Time and that they could not tell where
and this Deponent hath likewise been informed by some Persons that the said
Benjamin Skinner< no role > keeps out of the way for fear of being sewed with a Warrant
on the said Indictment and by others this Deponent hath been informed that
he is gone to Norwich And the Deponent further saith that he hath likewise
inquired of the abovementioned Defendant Jane Waterlow and her Husband
William Waterlow< no role > when the said Robert Cole< no role > and Susannah his Wife Benjamin
Skinner
< no role > lived or lodged who told this Deponent that they did not house and
[..] that they would not tell him this Deponent And this Deponent
[..] regoing Inquirys to wit on Saturday Evening
[..] Deponent not the said Insanna Coll and
[..] of her [..] she lived in order to serve her with a Notice of Trial
but [..] sed to tell this Deponent and likewise refund to tell this Deponent
when the said Benjamin Skinner< no role > lived or Wuld be met with
