And this Inf Rosemand Smith for herself saith
That do has known the Deced about 9 or 10 yr.
says that she was an honest Industryous Sobar
Woman & that she never saw her in liquor in her
life says that she want to see the deced the
Friday before she dyed & found her in bed when
the deced told her that Fuller had given her a kick
on the side of her belly & that she belived it wod.
be the cause of her death And this Inf Mary Meads< no role >
for herself saith That the decesed had Work'd for
her four or five yrs. and that she was a Sober
& Industrious Woman that above a Month or five
Week's ago the Deced complained that Fuller
(Whom she called her husband) had gave her
a blow & that she had a bruise as large as the
Palm of her hand on her side that she saw her Some little
time after & that the Pain of her side was better
but that it had got into her breast says than the
Deced had frequently black Eyes & bruises when she came
to work with her says that Fuller her often come
to her house after the Deced & that she never saw
any bad behavr. from Fuller to the Deced
