The humble petition & Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Armitage (in
which parish the Vill or Hamlet of Handacre is
situate) in the County of Stafford .

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of Richard Hare< no role > and John Smart< no role >
Esqrs. two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said
County of Middx Thomas Castleton< no role > Martha< no role > his Wife and
their Son named Thomas< no role > aged about fourteen Months
[..] were removed from the parish of St. Anne in the said
County of Middlesex to the said Vill or Hamlet of Handacre
as being the [..] last legal place of Settlement of the said
Thomas Castleton Martha his Wife and their son named
Thomas whereby your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
that this Court will be pleased to adjourn
this their Appeal until the next Genl
Session of the peace to be holden for this
County.
