Rosamond Smith< no role > & Mary Meade< no role > taken before us
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the said County.

Who being sevly. on Oath say & first this Inft. Flora Campbell< no role >
for himself saith that she Lodged in the House with Thos
Fuller
< no role > & Sarah Davis< no role > about a Month age about 12 at
Night she heard a Quarrel between the sd. Thos. & Sarah &
distinctly heard Blows & says that before that night the
said Sarah Appeared to be in perfect good health but
from that time her health Visibly declined says that the
deceasd Sarah Complain'd of a blow on her side saying that she
was unable to stoop or to keep any thing on her stomach
and grew worse & worse till this day sevennight & then Dyed
that the never heard the deced Complain of any or illness
but the pain on he side says that above 3 Days before
the deceace dyed (her Room being directly opposite to her's
and the Door open) she heard the Decease say to
Fuller I believe I shall dye of the pain an my side & if
I do I shall laying death to you" says than about 10 or 12
Days before the Deceased dyed she heard Words in the
Room [..] et. the Deceased & Fuller & heard him swear
& Curse & threatning that he wd. dash her brains out &
that she hath often heard him use the like Expressions [..]
says that She belives that the paine on her side was
the Cause of her Death And this Inf Margt. Jeffrys for
herself saith that she help'd to lay out the deceased
says that she saw a blackmark under the left breast
of the Deceaced of the bigness of four of her fingers
