The Information of Godfrey Offty< no role >
and John Nieman< no role > }
taken as before

Who being sevls. on Oath say & first the Inf Godfrey
offty for himself saith That about 5 Days before
the deced dyed he vesited her as an Apothecary [..] &
found her setting on the feet of the Bed she [..] told him
she was very bad all over & upon his Enquiry how
long she had been ill she told him she had not been
well for some time but worse then Ordinary for some
days says he found her by Symtoms to be very week &
faint & in a low feaver of a Malignant kind & he
prescribed accordingly says that the deced never mentd.
any bruise on her Side or any pain or his Side says other
he did not percive any Signs of Inwards bruises says that
he apprehends she dyed of a Malignant feaver And
this Inf John Nieman< no role > for himself saith That on Sunday
morg last a message was left at his house by Mr Smith
Churchwarden and about 11 he waite'd on Mr Smith who
directed him to open the Body of the Deced and about
7 in the Even he want with an Intention to open the Body
but found the Body in such a state of Puterfaction that
it wod [..] have indangered his health to have open'd it
and therefor desisted
