Richard Crawley< no role > was and Stands Indicted
at the General Session of Oyer Terminer holden for
the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the said County On Monday the fifth
Day of December last for felony and
forgery in forging and Counterfeiting a Bill
of Exchange for Six Pounds Clever Shillings
in the name of Thomas Daviss< no role > with Intent
to Defraud Thomas Oakley< no role > And for
publishing the same forged & Counterfeit
Bill knowing it to foe forged With the
like Intention Against the form of then State.
Upon Which Indictment he hath not
Yet been Arraigned Dated at Hicks Hall
the Fourth Day of May 1764
