after the loss of the first Warrant (if any was made out)
for the taking up of the Badliff & follower at the Suit of Mr. Ingram which
is about 5 Weeke ago I was promised another but which I was
disappointd. of not with standging frequent Application and an
new at the End of the Session promised a Warranthis some what
odd but not allegation unaccountable-however it the Warrant is
ready now pray let me have it.
