Shipwright and Charles Letterman< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary
Matfellon otherwise White Chappell in the said County Victualler
make Oath That they those Deponents some time ago because
the said County at the Rotation Office the Angel and Crown in White
Chappel for the Appearance of the said John Jacobs Prunk in this
honourable Court at the Sessions held for this County in the Month of
January last past And both these Deponents say That about three
Weeks or more last past (as these Deponent's have been credibly
informed and verify believe to be true) the said John Jacobs Prunk
andSailed from Gravesend in a Ship or Vessel called the London
as a Mariner on board the said Ship for the East Judis. and that on his return there
Deponents will use their utmost endeavours to bring him into
this honourable Court to take his Trial on the Indictment
against him for an Assault upon Mary< no role > the Wife of John Rous< no role >
