this 6th. day of March 1762

Who being on Oath says that on Wednesday Night last
a blue Surtont Coat belonging to his said Master was
Stolen out of his House [..]
says that from the time he saw it to the Time it was
missed no other Person same into, [..] or went out of
his said Masters House except one William Hather< no role >
new Present, from which circumstances he this
Informt. verily believes that the said Hather
feloniously took and carried away the said Coat
