taken before me one of his Majesty Instant of
the peace for the sd County

Who being being sevly on Oath say and first the Ins
Walter Vane< no role > for himself saith that the Eveng going
up stairs of the Play house Cos Garden his pocket was
pichel of a Watch & Seals now produced but by whom
can't tell And the Ins Richd. Canadine< no role > for himself saith
that this Eveng he was Informed that two fellow suspected
to he pick pockets were gone up stairs the Ins felld them
up & seijed one of them is company with a Person none
present who calls himself same South & was with the
other person disorbed And this Ins saw the person which
he seyed deliver the sd Watch in to the hand of thesd
Sam South< no role > , and thesd. Sam South sathimhis Include
as the Ins by means of which the other person Escaped
and thesd Sam ran away and this Ins pursued him & Saw
him lay the sd Watch down on one of the Benches is
the play house Passage upon which the Ins secured
him And thesd Henry for himself saith that he
Was called to the assistance of thesd. Conadine
and took up thesd Watch in the play house passage
as before discribed
