The Infor maker of will Bishop< no role > to be before me one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the sd County

Who being on Oath saith That about Six Months age he bean
Acquanted with one James Donnelly< no role > and them some litch this before
Christines last the sd James [..] of ten Persuaded the Inf to go with him
to rob telley the Inf that it was much Easer than to wah a they
did for ten Shillgs. a week And the Inf saith thar he had neither
Inclination or disposition to go into that Course of life tell he was
led into it by the sd. James And says that about Two Month ago the
said James & this Inf. went the Hammersmith & [..] above five o Clock
in the Evening Ret. Hamersmith & the Ks of Bokermlas hand near
Turnham Green they Met a Middle Size man dressed in a Close
bedged blue Coat (each of them being Armed with a Pistol) Robbed
the sd. Man in the Kings highway of Three Pounds & two Shillgs. And
saith that on or about Wednesday was fortnight last [..] agt Nine
Ten o Clock in the Eveng the sd Jan Donnelly & the Inf Stopt a Man &
in the New Road leading to Islington near in a him to the
Founding Hospital & Robbed him of Thirty One Shilling & six Pence
the sd. Man being dressed in a Close bodyed his at Colour Coat
but the Names or Habita tons of the said Person this Inf does not
know And the Inf further saith That Excepty the above two mentd.
Robberys the Inf never was concerned [..] in any robbery with
the sd, James or any other Robbery whatsoever
