The Information of Zacharia Stephens< no role >
Gentlemen Taken before me this 3d. day of March
1762

Who being on Oath says that he was attended and Robbed
last Night on the Highway in Company with John Wogan< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Esqr .
near [..] Action in the County of Middlesex by a Single Highwayman
who appeared to the a Young Man [..]
[..] & who has on a lightish Duffell Surtock
Coat Mounted on a brown or Bay Horse or in are about 14 hands
lights, age that the said Highwayman presented Diotol
[..] says that a person was this Morning apprehended
at the Pidgeons at Brentford by this Informt. and
Mr. Wagan and a Pistol found in the Necessary House
out of which the said Person so apprehended had Just
before came, from which circumstances Joined to others
he this Informt. has reason to suspect and does respect
that the said Person so apprehended as aforesaid and
now present, is the same Person who Stopt & Robbed
this Informt. as aforesaid says that he was Robbed of
half a Guinea in gold, some, Silver and Half pence
and Mr. Wogan as he verily believes of about Two
James and a half in a Purse
