Milk being discovered in the breast she them confessed
then the Child was her & then she was delivered in a
little back Room on the Friday before that the Child was still born &
that she took out of her Master, lers box's
scratched out his Name & Put the Child therein &
put it in the Cellar Andthe [..] upon being
asked before the Justice if she ever discovered her
being with Childwhichshe declared she had & that
above Two Months before she had informed Mrs.
Frankquet of her being with Child And this Inf Ely
Frankquet for herself saith that upon being sent
for by the Justice and by him told that the sd. Fras
Whaley

ago her being with Child then Inf saith that she
knew nothing of the sd. Fras Whaley< no role > 's being with
Child and upon putting the Quarter to her the sd. Fras.
confessed she had never told her of being with Child
as she before had asserted And the Inf Jane Minors< no role >
for her self saith that she hath known the sd. Fras
Whaley

Saturday before the sd. Child was found the sd. Fras
Whaley complained to her of being ill with the
Collich butdid notnever heard her declare her
self with Child
