James Scott< no role > who keeps the black Lyon Alehouse in Russell
Street Covent Garden on his Oath says that on Saturday last,
about 10 o'Clock in the Evening Deced came to his House & ask'd
him to lend him a Stick, but Dept, said he had no Stick, upon
which the Deced as this Dept. was informed by his book took the Kitchen Poker, and went out of his
House with it.

Katherine Guthrie< no role > Servant to Mr. Scott on her Oath says that
the Deced at the request of Jolliffe went out of Mr. Scotts'
House to Assist some body who was in an Affray, and soon
after he returned to Mr. Scotts' house and took the Kitchen
Poker and went out & on Monday following she went to Mr.
Roberts's House and there found the said Poker.

ensued between Dean & his Companions & Deced & his Company
and Deced & his Company were forced out of the House by Dean
