John Bradford< no role > having pleaded Not Guilty to an Indictment against him for a
Misdemeanor is Committed to New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County for want of Sureties
for his personal appearance at the next Session of Oyer and Terminer to be holden for this
County to try his Traverse upon the said Indictment And it is referred to Saunders Welch< no role >
Esqr . to take Sureties, and Notice of the Names and places of abode of Such Sureties is to be
given to Mr. Chamberlain Sollicitor of the Mint forty eight hours before the same be
taken,when delivered to pay his fees 4s.8d.
