The Information of Elizth: Edwards< no role >
and Cath: Palmer< no role > taken before me
one of this Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the Sd County

Who being severally on Oath say and first
the sd Elizabeth for herself saith that about
twelve o' Clock last night this Informt: missed
a Silver pint pot the property ofAndrew
Ambrose Turner< no role > her Master and saith that
she suspected that a person now present
who calls himself Humphry Allen< no role > a Soldier
who was Yesterday Quartered upon her said
master had taken the Sd: Pot she and the other
Informt: went upto the Lodging room of the
Humphry and after calling near half an hour
they burst open the door & they found the said
Pot concealed in the Coat Pocket of the Sd:
Humpry And the sd Cath: Palmer< no role > for herself
saith that she was present with the Sd: Elizth:
when the Sd. Pint Pot was found concealed
as aforesaid and saith that the Pint pot
now produced is the property of the said
Ambrose.
