Say that he himself was the only Agressor , and further
Says that the Deced seemed entirely to acquit Mr. Brice
of any Malice toward him.

Margaret Donnevall< no role > of St. John's Westminster , Widow
on her Oath says, that she attended the Deced as a Nurse
and that she heard the deced frequently say, that he
himself was the Agressor only.

Mr. Bower Church< no role > on his Oath says that on Sunday the
10th of May Instant about 3o' Clock Capt. Jaspar and
Mr. Brice came into his House, and went up Stairs
and soon after Deponent heard the Report of a Pistol
Deponent went up Stairs and saw Capt. Jasper on the
floor, Depont. ask'd deced if he know him, Deceased
answered, Yes How I ye do, and Deponent heard the
deced say that he himself was to blame
