it happened, Deced said it was his own fault, he then
ask'd Deced if he thought Mr. Brice had any Malice
toward him, he answered he had none, and that he himself
was only the Agresson, was ask'd if he for gave him, &
answd. Yes I do, and then wrg'd with an Oath, that he was
Sure he himself was the Agresson, and Deponent Lastly
Saith that in his Opinion the aforesaid Wound was the

Mr. William Woolaston< no role > of Charing Crosse St. Martins
Apothecary Surgeon on his Oath corroborated the Evidence of
Dr. Power, and further saith that he this Deponent ask'd
the deced what was the occasion of it, and Deced answer'd
that it was a foolish affair, and beleived he and Mr. Brice
were both Drunk.
