The Information of Jane Estee & Joseph Benbrick< no role > take
before me one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County.

Who being severally an Oath say & first this Ins Jane Estee
for herself Saith That about Middsumer last this Ins lett
a ready furnished Lodging to Prichd. Dixon< no role > & Ann Powell< no role >
who then [..] by the name of Dixon < no role > and about Six Weeks
ago this Ins discovered the greatest part of her Furniture
to [..] have been taken away & the sd. Ann Powell< no role > gone-
and upon this Ins apprehend adj the sd. Ann she confessed the
taking a Sheet & part of the furniture of the sd Lodging &
say'd the rest was taking by the sd. Prald And. this
Ins Joseph Benbrick< no role > for himself saith that he
took into Pawn of the sd. Ann a Sheet and of the Sd Richd. a Same pan now-
Produced by him & thes. Jane further saith that the
sd Sheet & same pan now produced by the other Ins is the
property of this Ins Husband & as she bels. stole out
of the sd Lodgings by the sd. Ann Powell< no role >
