Who being sevy. on Oath say & first this Ins Barbery Martin
for herself saith That a person now present
who calls herself Catherine Glass< no role >
lived in a Ready
from hid Lodging of this Ins. husband and this Ins
suspecting some of her husbands Property to have
been taking one of the sd Lodgings she charged
her therewith & the sd Cath then confessed the
taking thereout a Pair Sheets and a Tea Kettle [..] & pawning the sd Sheets with the other
Ins. and the Teakettle
in Lumber Court
And this Int
Tho Hatton< no role >
for himself saith that he took into Pawn
the sd. Sheets now produced by him (as he bels. of the
sd Cathr:) And this Ins Barbery Martin for herself
saith that the sd Sheets now produced by the other
Informant are the property of this Ins Husband
and stole out of the sd Lodgings as she bell by the
sd. Cath Glass< no role >
