The Information of James Shoesmith< no role > High Fagan< no role > and
Joseph Mr. Daniel< no role > taken before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being severally on Oath say and first this Ins James Shoe smith
for himself saith That on Wednesday last about [..] O' Clock in the
Afternoon this Ins went out of the Adam & Toe at Pancrass -
and went about a Furlong over a field to lay him down to-
sleep And this Ins further saith that toe Women now [..]
Who calls themselves Mary Fagan< no role > & Hants Sanders< no role > followed
this Ins into the field and when this Ins lay down the sd. Mary
Fagan
< no role > was near him & the other at a distance this Ins
being them out of Sight of any house or of Passengers in
the foot or houseway And when this Ins lay down to sleep
he had in his pockett toe parcells of Money amounting-
to upwds. of Thirty Guineas in the Right hand Breches-
Pockett and this Ins went to sleep and slept upwds. of Two
hours And when this Ins awoke the two Women were gone
and upon Serching his pocket the sd. Thirty Guineas were
gone & in his pocket only left Two half Crowns & a shillg
which were le ore Money in the sd. Pockett where the gold had
been And this Ins saith that becaused the sd Mary
to be apprehended when the sd. Mary Fagan< no role > told this Ins
in the hearing of the other Ins Hugh..that she had not been
ungenerous for she had left him two half Crowns & a Shillg
and this Ins also caused the [..] nak Sander to be Yesterday
Apprehended when her dress was Intirely changed from what it
was when she went after him for she was Intrely new'd rest
and upon Searching the Pocket of the sd. Han there was only a Six
pence & some Copper which the sd. Hamt Dealored it was all
had but upon the other Inst. Joseph Searching of
