This is to Certify whom it may Concern that
we whose Names are under written have View'd the
Party wall between Mr.. Rene Briands House
and a house Occupied at this Present time by
Mrs.. Brown in Tottenham Court Road and do find
the Same Party Wall to be defective and Ruinous
and Ought to be Pull'd down
