To the Right Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Sessions assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Bishopsgate London .

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the hands
and Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the twenty third day of March 1758 Jonathan Mortis< no role > was
removed from the Parish of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate London
aforesaid alledging the last legal Settlement of the said Jonathan
Mortis
< no role > to be there And Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
agrieved by the said Order and Judgment of the said two Justices
Do humbly Appeal therefrom, And humbly pray your Worships.

Would appoint some day this present General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the said County of
Middlesex to hear this Appeal And that your Worships
will make an Order that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Luke
and all parties concerned in and about the premisses
may then and there attend hear and abide the final
determination of Your Worships.

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
