The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the said County.

Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Thomas Quarrill< no role > and
Thomas Smith< no role > Esqrs . two of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said County (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 23d. day of February last
Catherine Smith< no role > Singlewoman was removed & Conveyed
from the Parish of St. Matthew Bethnall Green in the
said County of the said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
as the Place of her last legall Settlement.

Your Petitioners think themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order or pass
Warrant of the said Two Justices of
the Peace Appeal to this Court against
the same and humbly pray that your
Worships will be pleased to Appoint
a day for the hearing and Determining
