At a General Quarter Session of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the king Holden for the County of Middlesex at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in and for the said County by
Adjournment on Monday the Twenty first Day of October in the
Twenty Eight year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second king of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in
this County have Notice of this Petition & Appeal And that they and all
persons concerned do Attend this Court on Thursday - next at
ten o' Clock in the forenoon to hear and abidethe Judgement and
Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal.
