To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in & for the said County assembled

The humble Petition & Appeal of the
Church-Warden & Overseers of the Poor of
the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton
Garden & Ely Rents in the Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of Middx

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the hand
and Seal of Fran: Bedwell< no role > Esqr one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx
bearing DAte the 27th. day of September 1754 Thomas
Hasledine
< no role > was removed or conveyed from the
Parish of Saint Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex to the said Liberty of Saffron Hill in
the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the
County of Middlesex as the place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Thomas Hasledine< no role >
whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggreived

Therefore they humbly appeal to this
Honourable Court and pray that the
said Court will be pleased to order
That the Ch: Wardens & Overseers of the
Poor of the sd. Parish of Saint Clement
Danes & all persons concerned do
attend this Court same day in this
present Sessions to hear & abide the
Judgmt. & determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal Etc

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
